Eight companies of furniture and decoration of Andalusia promote their products at Maison et Objet in Paris
The Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science supports these firms will be present from 3 to 7 September in one of the main halls of the world sector
A total of eight firms Andalusian furniture and decoration, supported by the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science, through Extenda-Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia, participate in the international fair Maison et Objet.The sample of the household sector will take place in Paris Nord Villepinte from the city of Paris from 3 to 7 September.
Thus, firms will have the opportunity to showcase their products in one of the most important rooms in the sector which hosts the French capital.Some experience in this scenario repeated presentation, and who have participated in the fair in previous editions.
Andalusian companies present at the Paris show are from Sevilla (The glass Guadarte-La Trinidad Glass Factory, and Malcril Guadarte), Jaén (San Jose and Dekorania Crafts), Malaga (Baltus Collection and Made in Manilva) and Almeria ( Cosentino).The products on display are mainly wooden furniture, natural fiber, glass, tiles, decorative, natural stone, wickerwork and furniture for bathrooms, kitchens and gardens, among others.During this period of 2010 the provinces of Seville and Cordoba were the main export sector of the community. Also, Málaga and Jaén followed with fewer sales.For this order, the main destinations for exports were France, Portugal, Morocco and the United Kingdom.
The fair, with 3250 exhibitors by 145,000 square meters, will be visited by more than 90,000 practitioners. Export Andalucía
Andalusian exports habitat sector from January to May 2010 have led to sales of 131.52 million euros, 8.2% more than the same period of 2009.
Maison & Objet and Meuble Paris
For the first time in September this year, Meuble Paris, the exhibition dedicated to the furniture, and Maison & Objet, the international fashion event for the home, in a sample join together to provide a total view of the decorative influences in home (furnishings, furniture, design, layout, tableware, textiles ...).
